Scott and I are saddened at the loss of Bill. We extend deepest condolences to Jane McGoldrick. We are members of Grace Presbyterian and always enjoyed Bill. He was indeed an avid hugger. He also liked to make people smile with his jokes, which were always innocent and respectful. He spoke in a grammatically correct manner. He would always acknowledge me when I spoke with grammatical correctness. I recall at a lunch when I said the wait staff were bringing food quickly. Right away, Bill said that others might say “quick” instead of quickly. He had high intelligence, and had fascinating stories. Scott worked to keep the church prepared for Bill’s funeral, and I need assistance if I go out. I watched his lovely service on line as it was shown live. We will miss Bill. Welcome, my good and faithful servant; no doubt Bill is with our Lord, Jesus Christ.
