Virginia Kinard's Obituary
With great sadness, we announce the passing of our mother, Virginia Hammontree Kinard, who peacefully left us on October 6, 2025 at the age of 81. Born in Memphis, Tennessee, on October 17, 1943, she lived a long and blessed life.
Virginia was a dedicated mother to her five children and their families. Steadfast in her devotion to God, she was a member of the Faith Baptist church, where she attended for many years.
She was passionate about her Golden Retrievers and active in all aspects of the mid-south Golden community and Golden 901.
She is survived by her five children: Tony Hasenmueller; Steve Hasenmueller and wife, Jane; Susan Lankheet and husband Jerry; Kathy Wright and husband Kevin; and Debra Short; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Alfred Kinard.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Golden 901.
She will live in our hearts forever.
