Ronnie, you were one of the good guys. I met you in 2000, when I was new to the TN ANG fresh off active-duty. We flew a Guard mission to Buenos Aires, Argentina, and we spoke a lot about life in general, family, and everything. I was going through a transition in my life and you really helped me pull through After the tragedy of 9-11-2001, we flew the C-141 Air Guard ESID missions together, and had some fantastic BBQ dinners at Ramstein AFB, in Bldg 303. I know you didn’t intentionally pop off those flares in Kuwait ?? Oops. No big deal. Then throughout my tenure as the Squadron Commander, I could always talk to you in private about what was going on, and you gave me some sage advice. We transitioned to the C-5 and I retired in 2008. I will never forget you my friend. Thank you for serving alongside me. I will see you her side one day. RIP. Amen,
