Our condolences to the Caraway Family, my connection with Mike was when I was on the NAEDA board and I always appreciated Mike’s input, experience, wisdom and caring for those in the Ag equipment Dealer industry and who Mike was as a human being.

Ann, Kelly,Kevin, So sorry for your loss. Mike was a good friend and boss. The years I worked for him we enjoyed good times and worked hard.
However he had a sign on his desk that read ” Anyone can be a father, but takes a real man to be a Daddy.” He lived it daily and will give you wonderful memories as the days go by. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

I met Mike through the Dealers Association, I will surely miss him, he was always cheerful, helpful and professional. We both enjoyed golf and the phone conversations were always special with Mike. My heart and prays goes out to his family in the time of need. May GOD have a special place for him.
