Randolph Eugene Smith's Obituary
Randolph E. Smith, 81, passed away on Sunday, March 26, 2023 in Memphis, TN. Many people knew Randolph as Randy and The BikeMan.
Randy grew up in Memphis, TN, he graduated from Treadwell High School, and worked in the salvage business growing up with his father. Randy then went on to open The Bike Man at his home and many other locations in the Memphis area for 28 years, closing in 1998. He had a profound impact on the lives of many kids in the area, as well as adults. Randy had a BMX, skateboard, and freestyle team. Mr. Smith also worked with his brother at their business, Right Click USA in the Memphis area.
Mr. Smith is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Cecil and Frances Smith, and Cecil D. Smith. He is survived by his daughters, April Icenberger (Tim), and Starr Smith (Katherine), as well as three grandchildren, Randi Kersey (Sebastian), Christopher Kersey, and Jordan Johnson, Mr. Smith has two great grandchildren, Riley and Leo. Randy also leaves behind a brother, Gary Smith, Memphis, TN.
Randy will be remembered for his kindness and generosity, as well as being a wonderful father, granddaddy, brother, and friend. He will be greatly missed.

Family will receive family and friends Thursday, March 30, 2023 from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 5668 Poplar Ave, Memphis, Tennessee 38119. Funeral service will be held Friday, March 31, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 5668 Poplar Ave, Memphis, Tennessee 38119. Burial to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
