Deepest sympathy to the Smith family from Pat’s Class of 1966 at Saint Viator High School. Pat is in our thoughts and prayers.
Virtues of faith, charity, service, and of course “fun” were values all of us learned while attending St.Viator. Pat had a kind and gentle spirit even back then and it helped carry him forward throughout his life. He was a good high school classmate and friend during those years. My deepest sympathies to his family. Pat will be missed and remembered in prayer.Joe Herrity, Class of ’66, West Des Moines, Iowa
Our prayers are with you and your family, Pat. Jeff Kurtz. St Viator Class of ’66
Linda, I am so sorry to hear of Patrick’s passing. I am reminded, as I reflect on childhood holidays of his laughter, easy going presence and as it was so well put, his ” kind & gentle heart”! Clearly he continued to live a life of service and commitment to what he held near and dear. What a legacy to leave behind, one that obviously will continue to live on in all whom he supported, touched and even in those “not known or seen” whose lives now have meaning because of his platelet donations and volunteer work at St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital. Only you can know the depth of the sorrow that his loss brings. I do know that as we love so we grieve in our own way. Linda, may you have the strength to ride out the overwhelming difficult times, and hold in heart and mind, the fond loving memories. May they warm and calm, soothe and see you through to a gentler time and space. You and all of Patrick’s family and friends remain in my heart, mind and prayers! Love, Nancy Kowalczyk
Linda,Pat was a dear co-worker at Cleo, Inc. for many years. He always had a sense of humor and enjoyed his “night on the town” with you in Tunica. He was a dear caring man and will be missed.Bernice
