Nancy L. Smith's Obituary
Nancy L. Smith, 82 of Bentonville, AR, formerly of Memphis, TN, passed away on February 12th, 2023.
Nancy was born on May 21st, 1940, in Haynesville, Louisiana to Lee Judson Birdsong and Mary Lula Reeder Birdsong
She is survived by her husband Bill New, sons Greg (and Lisa) Smith, Gary (and Terri) Smith. Her eight grandchildren: Taylor, Carter, Austin, Zachary, Allison, Aidan, Brooke and Andrew. Her brother John Paul and wife Cynthia Birdsong and beloved sister-in-law Barbara Geckler.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents and her first husband, Frank P. Smith, Jr.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, February 25 at 1:00 p.m. with a graveside service to follow at 2:00 p.m. all at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery.
