I knew Nancy at Thomas Jefferson High School in Richmond Va. She was a good friend and such a caring person. We had many fun times, sleepovers, bicycle rides, bridge games, trips to the beach and football games, and late r a T.J.High school reunion.
I was sorry to hear of her death.I only recently received the news..My sympathy to her children, and grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Mrs.Berry was my daughter's one on one teacher at Balmoral Ridgeway Elementary before they changed to Immaculate. We wondered why we haven't heard from her like we used to she sent cards to Jamie for all kinds of reasons. We are very sad to find this out now almost like 9 months later. They were in the Commercial Appeal together. She taught Jamie Thompson for 5 years. We just want say so sorry for your loss. She will greatly be missed by us. The covid has had our life so messed up for the past year. Jamie was wanting to tell her about her schooling and something else. But we will tell it in our prayers. We would love to know where she is located so next we visit her grandma we could go visit Mrs.Berry. We love y'all! She was an extraordinary woman. We know y'all were lucky to have her as a mom.
So sorry to here about Mrs Berry. My mother Doris Williams has cleaned for her for many years and was saddened by the news. Our prayers go gout to her family.
So sorry. I did not know she had passed away. We met in a grief share group at Germantown Methodist church. Both of our husbands had recently passed away. This was 2004. I hope she passed peacefully. Ava Schneiter
