Sincere condolence on the loss of your love one…Mike will be truly missed, I worked with him at Defense Depot and Corp of Engineers.
Prayers to the family during this time of sadness. You will be together again in Heaven.
So sorry for Mike’s family in this time of loss. Mike was a great friend to everyone he encountered. I had the pleasure to work with him at the Corps of Engineers and I will always remember his calm demeanor, no matter how stressful the situation. I am sure our loss is truly heaven’s gain!
Mike was a great man and friend that I had the honor and pleasure to work with for many years. We had a lot of laughs and he was the type of person. to do anything for anybody. Our thoughts and prayers go out to your entire family and Mike, may you rest in piece. Until we meet again my friend.
I worked with Mike in the Corps of Engineers. Regardless of who you were or where you were in the organization, Mike always had a calm effective manner and always sought to find the best solution for all. I have great respect for Mike as a professional and even more admiration for him as a thoughtful friend. He always exhibited a fine Christian character whatever the circumstances, and as many of you know, providing IT services can be pretty stressful at times! When I think of Mike, I will always think of his smile and warm sincere personality. I know y’all will miss him, and I pray you find comfort knowing you’ll be reunited with him one day.
Mike went out of his way to make my transition to the Corp an easy one. He was a mentor who became my friend. I will miss him dearly. I will pray for your family’s strength in this trying time.
Mike was a quiet mentor to me when I first began working at Defense Depot in 1980, but he probably didn’t realize it. He showed me the ropes and filled me in on things during our talks during break time. We both had gotten or were getting accounting degrees, and had that in common as well. It was a pleasure to see a familiar face when he and I went on to work at the Corps of Engineers. Sorry to hear the earth has lost a competent, principled and courageous man. Prayers of comfort and peace to his family.
We are so sorry to learn of Mike’s passing. He was a great leader, manager, and mentor to so many of us in the Corps of Engineers over the years, particularly within the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division. He will always hold a special place in our hearts and minds and we will forever appreciate all that he did for us. Please accept our most sincere condolences on your great loss.
