Melvin E. Bartlett

Melvin Ellis Bartlett passed away November 5, at the graceful age of 100. Melvin was born in Ripley, MS and grew up in Memphis where he attended Humes High School. He was a navy World War II veteran and saw combat in the pacific. Read Obituary
