Sorry for your loss, Keith. I cannot truly feel what you are going through right now but I can only imagine your loss. My heart goes out to you and your family. It hurts me to have a co-worker as sincere as you go through something as dramatic as this.
I want to send my prayers and love to Keith, Leigh, Craig, all the grandkids and Lin’s friends. We loved you so much Ms. Lin. Thank you for loving us like family and always remembering to pray for us. Our hearts are broken now but we know one day we will get to see your beautiful smile again. As my mother and I were crying with this news, we talked about all the ways Lin demonstrated selfless love, and how she always felt more like family than just a friend. Other than my mother, I have more recipes from Lin than anyone else. How lucky for us, then, to have eaten so many delicious meals with the Dismuke family! I always saw Lin as gentle and loving, the definition of “step up,” and “do the right thing no matter.” Generous and quietly serving, she and Kieth have been amazing ministers to my family in the best way possible. She will be greatly missed and always loved.
My heart is broken, but my life is forever changed having known Lin. She showed us all what a true servant of God is. I will miss her terribly. May God wrap His loving arms around each of you and comfort you in ways that only He can.

Words cannot express the sadness I feel in my heart for your loss. I do know, from our conversations, how close to God Lin was and most definitely is today. I know you feel blessed to have had her company here on this earth for so long but we know she is with you still. Love and prayers coming your way for you and your family.
