I am so sorry for your loss. I have been searching for my moms only brothers two children for some time and Margaret “Peggy” Adams was her name. Her mother was Margaret “Peggy” Sawdon. In 1982, I moved to a home on Rural Ave. in Nashville, TN. Peggy and I lived on the same cul-de-sac. She and a close friend, Carol (who died in a car accident), my husband at that time, and I became great friends. I have many wonderful memories of the 2 years we lived there. Peggy was a kind and giving friend. I have thought of her often since her move to Atlanta and wish that I had stayed in touch. I will cherish those memories.
So very sorry to hear of Peggy’s passing. She taught me math the first year she taught school and coached me in basketball. A few years later we were counsellors together in senior camp at Camp Marymount. I will pray for comfort for her entire family. Becky Bishop Chittenden
