When I think of Leroy I always smile. He and Jan were our dear neighbors for 20 years. We watched our children grow up together. Shared many joys and sorrows. We always knew Leroy and Jan were there if we needed them. I still remember his quick wit and booming laugh. He was a good man. I send my love to Jan, Andy and Theresa.
