I met Kelly years ago when he was out with his good friend, Jon Wood one night. We always shared lots of laughs and Kelly could always make you smile. I am keeping his family and all his friends in my thoughts and prayers. My deepest condolences to all. RIP sweet Kelly

I didn’t keep up with Kelly over the years, but I am deeply sorry for his family and children for the loss of such a wonderful son, brother and father. Reading his memorial, it sounds like he stayed true to the young man I knew well when he befriended me and invited me over for a fun but relatively innocent sleepover, exploring his Germantown neighborhood during our 8th grade year. I was new to St Louis School that year after the contraction of St Anne Highland, and Kelly was one of those who went out of his way to make me feel welcome.

Kelly was so proud to be Catholic. He had a very special love & devotion for The Most Holy Eucharist. Corpus Christi (Tomorrow 6/7), was his favorite Feast Day of The Church.
Kelly had a laugh that you could never forget. It was genuine, contagious, and had a way of lifting everyone's spirits. No matter what kind of day I was having, he could always make me smile. His infectious laughter is one of the things I'll remember and miss most about him.
