So many beautiful memories have gone through my mind as Mike and I have reminisced about our coolest Aunt...a quote from Mike. Those summers spent in Missouri and Tennessee come to mind. I can hear the beautiful voices coming from Grandma's kitchen as you, Mom and Aunt Velna would sing and laugh as you canned and cooked the beans and peas we kids were shelling and snapping on the porch.
Our trip to Graceland a big hit for all of us.
As life took us all in different directions, the wonderful cards and letters and most of all our phone calls always brought a smile to my heart.
I loved hearing the stories of your adventures with Mom and the girls. I learned so much about Mom from you! Her lips were sealed. we would laugh so hard my sides hurt.
All of the wonderful memories will always be pressed between the pages of my mind to be opened and cherished!
