Ken Klein
Jason was such a great guy. I met him more than 15 years ago when he began helping me care for my rental properties. What started as a professional relationship gradually became much more — I came to think of Jason as family.
He was always there when I needed him. He could fix just about anything, and if he couldn’t, he “knew a guy.” I learned a lot from him about plants, lawns, and doing things the right way. He always gave practical advice — making sure the job was done properly, but without overspending on improvements that didn’t make sense.
I also truly enjoyed our conversations about the stock market — another one of his many talents.
I will miss him.
