Janet was a strong and kind presence in my life as a young person. She even let me work at Calico Corners for extra money even though I was pretty terrible with fabrics. It's hard to imagine a world without her. My condolences to my friend, her son Steve, and all of her family and friends. She embodied, "faith, hope and love," and the world needs more people like her. She will be dearly missed.
Janet was one of those mentors who leaves a mark forever. She had such a big influence on me during the years I was raising my kids, and I was truly blessed to have her as my MOPS mentor for many years. She was a faithful prayer warrior—for me and for my kids—and I’ll always treasure that. The Lord used her in a special way in my life. I’ll miss her deeply, but I smile knowing she’s with Jesus.
