Mrs. DeHaan was a lovely and special woman. She is well remembered by those of us who attended the Goodwyn Institute lecture series for so many yrs. In the administration bldg. auditorium and in the student center at Memphis State Univ. –1960’s-until they ended in the 1990’s. What special memories of family, friends, popcorn , cokes and magic carpet rides to far away places. Mrs. DeHaan was the hostess for the lectures and a part of the life of the University. Always gracious.Thanks for the memories Mrs. DeHaan, RIP, may God Grant you an eternity of beautiful journeys to beautiful places.
