Frank was a one of a kind man. He was always extremely polite, thoughtful and caring; brave and courageous; uncomplaining; dedicated to God, his country and his family who always came first in his heart. Frank also had a quiet and quick sense of humor and an unbelievably rich and beautiful baritone voice. He should have been in the choir. He will be greatly missed.My deepest sympathy to all of his dear family.
