Nana was the best grandmother to her 10 grandchildren and - later - 17 grandchildren. I’ve got tons of fond memories of Easter egg hunts at their house and Christmas Eve celebrations. When we were in Kindergarten, she took each of us on a special outing around the holidays to see a Christmas Carol. She always kissed us goodbye and told us she loved us - and never missed a chance to brag on any of us. We will all miss her so much.
I worked with Gene for 30 plus years and was a carpooler for many of those years. Had the pleasure of Frances' friendship, and shared many a happy time with her. We even attended a class (Danersize) at Memphis State many years ago, a memory I cherish. Loved them both, and enjoyed all four of the "boys" during their young years. Frances was always kind, friendly, smiling and laughing. I remember her as a hard worker and a proud mother and grandmother.
