As a young mom of 2 small boys, newly single and scared to be walking in my new role as single mom, I’ll always remember Foy’s kindness and generosity to me, along with her solid testimony of God’s faithfulness and how He’d look after my boys and me. She hired me to help her pack for moving and then decorating her new home for Christmas. Foy’s kindness and generous paychecks meant the world to me! She even gave me a beautiful black suit that is still a favorite of mine today! Over the years, Foy would call me back to help again with Christmas decor…she loved getting out those special Christmas treasures, talking about her parents, her grands, and the Lord’s goodness and faithfulness in her life. Praising God that Foy is just where she always wanted to be-at the feet of her Savior.
