He is truly an outstanding human being. Mr. Williams was my sister’s father in law and I had the pleasure of enjoying his company over family dinners and meet ups. He was a lovable and fun person to past time with, always smiling, and bringing the energy to our group settings. I admire him and his family. Rest in Peace.
