Ernie played a wonderful role in my daughters childhood when she and Leigh were very young and inseparable in their free time. I am so appreciative of the fact that he was kind of a surrogate grandfather since she did not have a grandfather in her life. At least she got to see what a loving, devoted grandfather is like and got to experience some of that love and attention. We will never forget Ernie. And we will think of him in eternal peace, holding the hand of his beloved Mamie. Vicki Gore
