Mrs. Calvert was my teacher in the 3rd grade at A.B.Hill. I still remember her class vividly today at 40 years old. She made sure that every student got the attention they needed. I recall her sending me the book the Indian in the cupboard the summer after my year with her. She was indeed a beautiful person. I know her family will miss her dearly. My condolences.
