Mr. Smith was my department chair and mentor for five years at FWCHS. He had a long and lasting impact on the short time I worked with him. He dedicated his life to the Fayette-Ware and Fayette County Schools. He was the “Mr. Chips” of the school, and he will surely be missed.Lee Eilert
