I first met Doyle when I moved to Memphis in 1973. Never flew with him but always liked being around him and his co-pilot Jewell. A real professional and patriot. Not to be overlooked is his skill in repairing clocks. Doyle will greatly missed.
Wonderful man with a very rich life – he will be greatly missed. I was there when he flew two years ago in Olive Branch. I know he is flying again.
