Dear Ones, You were blessed beyond measure to have had Frances/Cliff as your earthly parents. It was my great privilege to be a resident of Germantown Plantation during their arrival til I moved away in March 2014. We had apartments a few doors from each other, and I always enjoyed chatting with them…sweet, precious, dear Christian friends that the Lord placed in my path at this particular time in my life…I’m grateful. As stated in Cliff’s obituary, we will meet again one day soon! We will pick up where we left off. Be assured of my continued love and prayers, not only in this experience, but in all things.
