Deepest sympathy for the family. My thoughts go back to 1981 when I started working for TVA in Memphis. Chuck was there on my first day and he welcomed me into that office. We have been friends ever since. He had a way of making you feel comfortable when you met him. Our loss is Heaven’s gain. I know that he will be in heaven with open arms welcoming everyone there when they come to see him.
