I have known and worked with Cecil since the early 1970's as we both began our union careers. He for the Little Rock Local Union and me as An International Union representative. At that time the union was the RCIA and later became the UFCW , United Food and Commercial Workers International Union. We worked on many assignments together throughout the years and negotiated contracts for the Little Rock Local union. Cecil was a dedicated union representative and a hard worker who made a difference in representing workers and improving their lives. So sorry to hear of Cecil's passing but I know he had a good long life of 81 years. RIP my old friend. Jerry Bennett, UFCW retired, Arlington, Texas.
