Bryce Thomas Ledbetter's Obituary
Bryce Thomas Ledbetter, 39, died in Cordova, TN on April 25, 2026. Bryce, a native of Memphis, was born on February 3, 1987, to Brenda Albea Arnold Ledbetter and Vincent Ledbetter. He is survived by his fiancé, Laura Scruggs of Bartlett, TN; his son, Noah; his father, Vincent Ledbetter of Cordova, TN ; his brothers, Barry Ledbetter of Cordova, TN and Byron (Amy) Ledbetter of Lakeland, TN; and his aunts, Linda Albea Pludra of Germantown, TN and Nancy Albea Henley, of Memphis, TN. Bryce also leaves behind many beloved cousins, nephews, extended family and close friends who will miss him deeply. He was preceded in death by his older brother, Robert Albea (Al) Arnold. Bryce’s beloved mother, Brenda, passed away on April 28, 2026, after a long battle with cancer.
Bryce attended St. Dominic School for Boys and graduated from Houston High School. He went on to Middle Tennessee State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace. As a licensed Aircraft Dispatcher, Bryce appreciated everything related to planes. He loved aviation from a very young age and found joy in the freedom and perspective it gave him. He had a deep love for adventure and traveling to new places.
Bryce was an accomplished sales consultant, developing relationships with his customers and working closely with them to meet their needs and often exceeding their expectations.
One of Bryce’s greatest joys was volunteering at the FedEx St. Jude Championship, where he gave his time for twelve years. It was something he truly loved, not only for the event itself, but for the people he met and the sense of community it brought together for a good cause. Bryce loved his family and friends deeply and was known for his warmth, his sense of adventure, and his generous spirit.
Bryce will be missed by all who knew him.

A visitation will be held Monday, May 18th from 12:00-1:00pm with services to follow at 1:00pm.
