Lucky indeed. Even when bringing bad news, Bobby always elevated the spirits of those he met with. I think he was one of the nicest and most honest agents around.

Bobby Meeks gave me my first job in insurance. I am grateful that I had the opportunity to call him boss, and friend. He was honestly a man among men. When I think of him I will always remember kind words….integrity….genuine love for his family and friends….coffee and peppermints. He will never be forgotten. He will live on in the hearts and smiles of those that were lucky enough to know him.
Bobby was probably one of my daddy’s closest friends. Not only was he our insurance agent but a true friend. My dad, Ralph Hassa, always worked late into the night and I remember many a time him saying Bobby stopped by late just to talk. My dad always said if anything ever happens to me, make Bobby your first call. Nine years ago I did just that. I will never forget the compassion and guidance Bobby showed us. I will miss Bobby, the smile he always had on his face and the love he showed our family.Tamara Hassa Burton
If you were to look up the defininition of “True Gentleman” Bobby’s picture would be there. I know of very few left, but he certainly defined it……….He will be sorely missed…..Love and prayers to his family…..
Bobby was such a sweet, kind, and wonderful man. You never saw him unless he had a big smile on his face. Even in the midst of pain and suffering that smile never went away. A good family man that loved his large family and never missed an opportunity to be with them. He will be greatly missed. Eleanor Wilbanks and Family
