Annice was one of the first ladies that befriended me when I joined inter club golf …. her assistance in learning the rules and her encouragement in the game always meant a great deal to me. Our infrequent but treasured conversations after she stopped playing always provided laughter, insight, and thoughtful suggestions. She was so proud of her family and their many accomplishments. I shall miss those conversations. She was a very special person.
Jan, I am sorry for the loss of your mom. You had her a long time, but never long enough I am sure. I will always remember her hospitality at your home. I thought she was such a beautiful southern lady. I’m sure you must be a lot like her,mountain do look like her. May God comfort all of you during this time.
