Wilson James West's Obituary
Mr. Wilson James West age 95, on born November 13, 1926 in Imperial Pennsylvania departed this life on December 14, 2021. Wilson served in the Army in WWII. After the war, he graduated from the University of Pittsburg in Civil Engineering. He was an Industrial Engineer by trade, and retired from the United States Postal Service in 1988, where he was the assistant manager of the Bulk Mail Center in Memphis TN. In his retirement years, he enjoyed dancing with his wife of 60 years Luella and friends, going on walks with his dog Shadow, and playing tennis.
Mr. Wilson was preceded in death by his three brothers; Melvin, Webster, and Richard. He is survived by his wife Luella, son, Keith and spouse Donna, grandchildren; Jennifer and spouse Todd, Kathleen, Adam, Scott, Zach, and Wilson, great grandchildren Grayson, Kalen, Caleb, Crosby, and Samuel.
A private service will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home & Cemetery on December 21, 2021.
