She was born at her home in Covington, Tennessee weighing in at only 2 pounds. Her miraculous life began that day only to continue throughout her lifetime accomplishing much. She attended Byars Hall High School where she played basketball and was voted most likely to succeed. At that time, she attended Girl’s State. She then attended Memphis State University later becoming a teacher and the Director of University Churches Day Care. Her career there lasted 25 years. She then volunteered at West Clinic where she comforted many with her grace and generosity. She had also battled cancer. She married our dad, Bill Walk, her high school sweetheart and together they have three children. Her greatest accomplishment was her natural ability of motherhood and loving wife.
