Wilma Louise Banks' Obituary
LOUISE BANKS, 92, died September 15, 2012 at Methodist Germantown Hospital. Mrs. Banks was a retired RN at the VA Hospital after 30 years. She was the owner of Banks Catfish Lakes, a U.S. Army veteran, and a devoted member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church and former member of Colonial Cumberland Presbyterian Church. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, September 19 at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at First Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Olive Branch, MS. Burial will follow in Southwoods Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Banks and five brothers and sisters. She is survived by two daughters, Nancy Bickerest, Linda Ballio; one son, James E. Banks, Jr.; her sister, Gwen Williams; grandchildren, Stacey Hendren, Amy Silcox, Manda Townsend, Amber Hicks, Joe Banks, Andi Ballio, Jim Clayton, Mandi Hamilton, and Chrissy Mashburn; great-grandchildren: Ansley Towsend, Jack Bacon, Makenzie Hicks, Finn and Wyatt Townsend, Mae Bacon, Caroline Hicks, Vaughn Silcox.
