Willie Ella Phillips, 86, passed away March 27, 2014 at Allen Morgan Nursing Home. She was a retired telephone operator from Bellsouth Telephone Company. Ms. Phillips is survived by her sisters, Flora Woodruff, Chrystal Leslie and Mattie Smith and a host of nieces and nephews.
