Willie Doris Davenport Murphy, 87, passed away October 20, 2013 at Kirby Pines Manor. The widow of James L. Murphy is survived by her two daughters Patricia Murphy Stevens (Tom) of Memphis and Wanda Murphy Barber (George) of Knoxville, two grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. The family wishes to thank Crossroads Hospice for their care and loving attention. Memorials may be sent to the Memphis Botanical Gardens or the donor’s choice. The services are private.
