Willie McKee's Obituary
Willie Earl McKee, 72, passed away at his home with his loving family by his side on Friday, March 19, 2010, following a courageous fight with a long illness. He was a graduate of Memphis State, a retired Air Force Captain, and a dedicated Shelby County employee for over 30 years. Despite the many accolades he received over the years, Mr. McKee always said his proudest achievement was his family. He was preceded in death by his father, C.W. Jack McKee, of Dyersburg, TN; and is survived by his devoted wife of 45 years, Ann; his daughter Heather Danielson (Steve); his mother, Mary McKee; and his sister, Mary Clyde Luckett (Lewis). Visitation will be at Memorial Park Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, March 21, 2010. The funeral services on 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 22 also at Memorial Park Funeral Home.
