I DID NOT GET TO ATTEND BILLY’S FUNERAL AND AM SO SORRY AS I LOVE DIANA SUE SO MUCH. I HAVE BEEN SICK AND HAD TESTS DONE. I REMEMBER BILLY BUZZING THROUGH THE HALLS OF KHS JUST PRACTICALLY AT A RUN. Wow, I was just a young girl, but I so remember ” Scoop” he was a dear friend to my brothers Charlie Portis and Skip Portis. My family loved him so much.. So very sorry for your loss!!
