I DID NOT GET TO ATTEND BILLY’S FUNERAL AND AM SO SORRY AS I LOVE DIANA SUE SO MUCH. I HAVE BEEN SICK AND HAD TESTS DONE. I REMEMBER BILLY BUZZING THROUGH THE HALLS OF KHS JUST PRACTICALLY AT A RUN. LOL! HE ALWAYS HAD A SMILE LIKE IN THIS PICTURE. ALWAYS A HAPPY PERSON. SO GLAD I DID GET TO KNOW HIM IN SCHOOL. MAY HE R.I.P. GLORIA WARREN COFER-CLASS OF 1960.

Wow, I was just a young girl, but I so remember ” Scoop” he was a dear friend to my brothers Charlie Portis and Skip Portis. My family loved him so much.. So very sorry for your loss!!
