William "Scott" Hamilton's Obituary
William “Scott” Hamilton, 49, passed away on July 3, 2014. He was a volunteer to several organizations that were close to his heart before his health was no longer able to support his passions. He gave a lot of his time working the concession stand at Grace St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, the Friends of Faith Ministry, and numerous aspects of the Special Olympics. Scott was also a member of the Joy Sunday School Class at Bellevue Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his sister, Shelly Hamilton, an uncle Robert Truss, his grandparents, Robert and Polly Lott. He is survived by his mother Charlotte Hamilton. The family will receive friends Sunday, July 6, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., at Memorial Park Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, July 7 also at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family requests memorial donations in Scott’s honor be made to Friends of Faith Ministry, 4210 Altruria Rd. #115, Bartlett TN 38135.
