William L. Rainer, Jr., 83, retired illustrator for the U.S. Navy Civil Service died September 5, 2009 at St. Francis Hospital after a long illness.He served in the United States Army for four years and was a member of the Bartlett Masonic Lodge #211, American Legion, National Association of Retired Federal Employees and Everett Methodist Church.He was preceded in death by his wife Anitia Rainer and sister JoeAnn Evans.He is survived by a brother in law Stanley Thomas Evans Sr., a nephew Stanely Thomas Evans Jr., nieces Laurie Evans and Jan Dempsey, great nephews Brian, Zachary, and Shawn Evans, Great Great Nephew Ethan Evans, Step Great Nephew Jake Pelloth Step Great Niece Elizabeth Pelloth.Services will be held Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery. Visitation will be at 10:00 a.m. with a service following at 11:30 a.m.
