Bill was a fellow cadet friend at Columbia Military Academy. I graduated in 1968 so Billy was a year behind me. My senior year, Bill also lived in Jackson Hall just about across from my room. Fortunately I was able to re-connect with Bill over the phone and via emails shortly before he passed away. He was a great person and I have fond memories of our old friendship. He was liked by all.
