Bro. Bill was such a great man – we appreciated his ministry to us when he served at Lucy Baptist Church as interim pastor years ago; I personally appreciated his ministry to me. I loved his humor – as did my parents (Bill & Ruth Minton, deceased). You “inherited” that wit – my dad made sure he got a copy of a book you wrote. I know recent years have been hard for you, but your dad has left a great legacy and many precious memories. – Deborah Holland
Billy, was talking to Warren Grant and heard Bill had passed. He was the most influential person in my life. He loved us boys, taught us to pray and expect answers to our prayers. God has a new angel in heaven now. We will all miss him. Bob McElroy

William Haltom, Jr., the Barron/Haltom family means so very much to us. Many wonderful memories flooded my mind this morning as I read your Dad’s obituary. Memories of you, your Mom and Dad at Frayser Assembly of God with your Grandmother Barron and your Uncle Don and Uncle Billy.
