Bill was a great friend in high school and college. I am sure God will smile upon you for your charity work ( helping me through our accounting classes). I will miss you.
I had the pleasure of living across the street from the Cullinans in the ’70’s. Bill was a fun friend. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. My deepest sympathies to his family. All who knew him couldn’t help but love him.
