William "Bill" Clay's Obituary
William “Bill” Clay, 65, of Cordova, passed away at Methodist University Hospital on Monday, February 15, 2010. He was in the Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity at Memphis State University where he graduated. Mr. Clay was retired from Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad as an Engineer with over forty years of service. He was also an avid golfer. Mr. Clay is survived by his wife of 29 years Susan Clay; two daughters, Meagan Gonzalez and her husband Raoul, and Caitlin Clay; aunt, Marguerite Welborn. The visitation will be held from 5p.m. to 8p.m. Thursday, February 18, at Memorial Park Funeral Home. The funeral will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 19, also at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
