William Carter's Obituary
William Earl Carter, 76, of Memphis, TN, passed away August 6, 2020 at 5:00 a.m., surrounded by his family.
He is survived by Pok Tan Carter, his devoted wife of 38 years, and two children; Michael Carter, Laura Pao (Alex). Other survivors include his sister Linda Howell, brother Jimmy Carter, and two wonderful grandchildren AJ and Adaline Pao.
William was well known in the community as Bill. He was born in Memphis, TN in 1943 to William Henry and Mildred Carter. He was known for great woodwork and could fix anything. Bill enjoyed fishing and loved his family greatly.
