First, I want to say to all my cousins and their families, loved ones, we are so sorry for your loss. My mother Peg Jackson, Bill's sister, who lives in Texas said she was glad the two of them had been able to visit within the last year or so (thank you Ken M.). She asked me to send this message as she mourns alongside you. One memory I have of my uncle is the time many years ago when my mom and I went to visit he and Aunt Mary at Punta Gorda. By the way, I always thought she (Mary) was a hoot. Uncle Bill was so proud of his boat and wanted to take us all around to different places. We went to the place with the dollar bills on the ceiling (Cabbage?), we saw manatees, we went to Captiva (I think) where we stayed overnight on the boat. He let me pilot the boat and we talked about boating life which I had a brief experience with living on an island for 2 years. Aunt Mary met us at Captiva? and we looked for sea shells on the beach and had some great key lime pie. It was really fun. Since photos of this are pre-digital age I don't have them readily available but hopefully someday I'll find them and remember this time again. Love from my family, Mark, my husband and my sons Will and Sean.
