Bill, I am blessed to have you and Anne as parents-in-law. You always had such a quiet and calm demeanor that I greatly appreciated. Always so welcoming and loving. None of us knows how we will exit this earth; I wish it had been easier for you. We all miss you, but rest assured knowing that you are now healed and are in Heaven with our Lord. Until we embrace again, know we will think of you every single day, and we love you.
On the morning of January 19,1977, it snowed in Winter Haven. I remember Bill being on the roof of Westwood Jr. High throwing snowballs at the faculty as we entered the building. He was the best principal I ever worked for. He was just a genuinely nice person. Becky Reeves
Mr. Boykin had the unique ability to communicate with his students in a cooperative investigation way. It was learning together... Not "do the worksheet" or "test on Friday from your notes.". He was loved by many of us. Condolences to his family.
