Willard Eugene Millican's Obituary
Willard Eugene Millican, 91, passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2025. Mr. Millican was born on December 7, 1933, in Munford, TN to his parents Willard Astor Millican and Nancy Lena Sawyer Millican.
Mr. Millican was preceded in death by his wife Carolyn Noe Millican, and two brothers, Dr. James Edward Millican and Robert Wayne Millican and his parents, William Astor and Nancy Lena Millican.
He is survived by his stepdaughter, Tammy Grizzle of Newport news, VA, one brother, Roy Earl Millican (Anna Jo) of Arkansas, and Mary Lanita VanDalen (Paul) of California, one granddaughter, Brooke Steffen (Brian), two great grandchildren, Brayden and Bryleigh.
Eugene was an Eagle Scout, graduated in 1952 from Humes High School in Memphis, TN and worked as a roofer until his retirement. Eugene was a Christian and longtime member of First Assembly of God in Memphis, TN.
The visitation will be held from 1:15 p.m. to 2:15 p.m., Thursday, March 20, 2025 at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5668 Poplar Ave., Memphis, TN 38199. The graveside service will be at 3 p.m., Thursday, March 20, 2025 at Memory Hill Gardens, 3700 Germantown Parkway, Bartlett TN 38133.
