Wanda was my boss, mentor and friend for 10 years at Shelby County. She was smart and tough but always kept us smiling and laughing during the long hours we put in preparing the budget. She always had time to listen. She loved her family so much and talked about them all the time. Stroh, Justin and Hayden please know that she touched so many lives with her wisdom, her smile and sense of humor and fun wit! I’m sure she has Our Lord laughing right now with funny stories!
